was feeling so damn sleepy today..have a good sleep in class today..with no one disturbing me!!

after school when all the way to cause way with evi and mel plus jing yee and her friend to eat mac..!!i love the fries..highly addicted to it ar..!!

saw my darling sis(aikho) 's songs..songs tat she write to someone and someone write to her..totally understand how she feel..

five stages in recovering ~~
1-mourning(thinking abt the past and crying over it..)

2-acceptance(accepting the facts and getting over it..)

3-letting go(letting go the past and stop thinking over it)

4-moving on(stop thinking le..and move on the someone much more better)

5-survival(in a new relationship and happy with the new partner)
